  • Have an academic need while working toward your first associate's degree
  • Are planning to transfer to a four-year university and graduate with your associate's degree.

CNM has two TRIO Student Support Services locations in Albuquerque. Main Campus located in the College District on University and Coal SE and Montoya Campus located in the North East Heights near Montgomery and Juan Tabo. The Programs have identical services.

  • attend a TRIO program orientation
  • meet once each semester with a TRIO Achievement Coach to develop and implement your educational goals
  • attend two TRIO-sponsored student success workshops per semester
  • attend one TRIO-sponsored event per academic year
  • keep all scheduled appointments with TRIO staff, or notify our office if you need to reschedule

The CNM TRIO Student Support Services program has a limited student enrollment. In the event of an opening, staff will contact you to schedule a selection interview appointment and will require additional information. Thank you for your interest in TRIO Student Support Services at CNM. This program is 100% grant funded by the U.S. Dept. of Education under the Higher Education Act of 1965.
